With strong emphasis on precision manufacturing in the aerospace industry, Saturn® Fasteners, Inc. has emerged a leader. Saturn®'s quality assurance consistently receives exceptional reviews from top OEM audit teams throughout the country for our superior quality and process control measures.

Saturn® utilizes computerized work stations incorporating Statistical Process Control (SPC) throughout the manufacturing processes. Saturn's fully equipped testing laboratory includes physical and metallurgical testing and is NADCAP accredited for Material Testing and ISO/IEC 17025.

Saturn® employs a highly trained and experienced inspection staff to ensure Saturn®’s products meet all current specifications. Our key to successes is maintaining an up to date quality assurance system. We believe Quality assurance commences at the time the quote is received and continues even after the item is shipped.

Under the direction of Nicholas Karabetsos, Director of Quality Assurance, Saturn® maintains a quality system that is ISO9001:2000 & AS9100 registered.
